    Oh my!!! This says a lot. Thank you for sharing this. Makes you wanna get up and get busy doing something you love. That is for sure. I watched my hubbys Grandfather lay on the couch so much and just accept that it was over. Then he died. This video says a lot.

    I'll age gracefully reading good books quietly in a chair somewhere. You know I'm scared to death of biking. Hubby goes by himself and he probably enjoys the time away. What ever happened to that 3 wheeler?
