Doo, doo, doo…looking out my backdoor

Literally.  Looking out my back door this morning about 7:30am, the sky was stunning! 

Never mind that I cheated and didn’t actually go outside to take these.  I just slid the deck door open ever so slightly so as to not freeze my lil tootsies off and snapped away.

    Great scenery. I look toward the East and see my neighbor's elaborately decorated (still) Christmas yard. But I can still see a little sunrise over the brilliance of his lights!

    It is beautiful looking out at your place. Guess I need to get my butt out of bed earlier. Trouble is I'm nestled in the hills and I'd have to travel a ways to get a really good view.
