Help?

I'm hoping someone who reads this can assist with an issue.  I have comments to publish as they have arrived in my email.  When I click "publish" it tells me I don't (my email) have access to do so.  I have access to post  to my blog but not publish comments nor can I find when I go into my blog where the comments are to publish from that venue.  Not sure what's going on.  I've never run into this before.  Help???
